Newly opened August 2013 in a convenient spot in Chuou-ku, the heart of Tokyo, within 6 minutes' walking of 4 train station. While this may be a place for even Tokyoites here in Higashi-Nihonbashi to imagine, those who check out the atmosphere around the sharehouse say that it "has a beautifully maintained running area by the Sumida River," "is an area with so many art galleries," "cafes and small restaurants are open everywhere," "has the look and feel of a traditional neighborhood with lots of friendly folks" and "is accessible to Ginza by bike for your days off." The first floor of the building was built entirely out of safe reinforced concrete. If you go down the elevator and enter the foyer then the first place you'll find yourself in will be our 18 tatami mat-wide living-dining room area. It has two sofas to let you stretch out and relax. Each private room overlooks the Sumida River and we have many private rooms with loft beds and lots of storage. Our large bath room is available 24-hours and has a machine for keeping the water warm and recirculating and cleaning. This preserves the water temperature and water quality. The lock to the foyer uses a PIN touch panel for not only maintaining security but also so you don't have to carry a key around with you.
